| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited (NTDCL) invites sealed bids from manufacturers or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, for the supply of multiple type of clamps and connectors for NTDC?s Assets Management on basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB),through single stage single envelope under NTDCL?s own resources:- Tender No. Description of Store/Material Quantity Required Delivery/ Completion Period Price of Tender Documents Date & Time Submission of Bids Opening of Bids Tender No. T-01-2024-25 Supply of multiple type of clamps and connectors (as per NTDCL?s standard specifications). As per Tender Documents Within 60 Days from the date of issuance of purchase order Rs.5000/- Non-Refundable 02 /01 /25 At 11:00 A.M. 02 /01 /25 At 11:30 A.M. CONDITIONS / ELIGIBILITY 1. Manufacture/Authorized Distributors/Dealers/Suppliers having the valid GST and NTN numbers are requested to participate. 2. The contractors/firms should be registered with PEC and renewed/valid up to date in the relevant category. 3. Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 5,000 (Pak Rupees Five Thousand Only) will be pay by a non-refundable fee in form of Bank Draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Deputy Manager NTDC 500KV Grid Station New Lahore south. 4. The contractor should have the experience of similar work of supply of Grid Station Material and have to provide the copies of Purchase/work orders & satisfactory inspection/completion certificates of 02 similar natures of works/material. 5. Bid security / earnest money of successful bidders will alone be retained as security deposit (till expiry of contract period) and that of the rest will be returned. 6. An affidavit that the company has never been black listed by any Ministry / Division / Department / Organization of the Government of Pakistan must be presented with the bids. The Supplier/ Manufacturer will have to provide at least 01 year warranty of all provided material. 7. Income Tax Return filed with income Tax Department for financial year 2023-24. 8. Interested firms should have regular place of business, telephone numbers and email address and must provide proof of their existence in the particular business, for not less than one year. 9. Bidders do not have the option of submitting their bids electronically. Unsealed bids/unsigned tender documents will not be entertained / received. 10. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with valid CNIC. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased up till 01 day before the tender opening date by the interested eligible bidders / firms on submission of an application to the Deputy Manager 500KV Grid Station NTDCL New Lahore south. Sealed bids should accompany CDR / Pay order /Demand draft of ?5%? of bid prices as Bid Security? in favor of Deputy Manager 500KV Grid Station NTDCL New Lahore south, which should reach this office on/or before date/ time as mentioned above. Bids will be opened on same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives in the office of Deputy Manager 500KV Grid Station NTDCL New Lahore south. ?
