However, no Bid will be accepted without evidence of tender fee and attachment of the following documents with the Bid before closing time: a. Full name, permanent address, telephone, and fax number b. Type of firm (whether it is sole enterprise or joint venture) c. Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration certificate (must be on active list of Federal Board of Revenue) d. Affidavit that the firm has not been blacklisted nor found involved in litigation with any Government/semi-Government, or autonomous body. Note: a. HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per PPRA rules. b. This tender notice is also available on PPRA and HEC websites. c. In case of unexpected holiday on Bid opening date, the Bids will be opened on the next working day d. All the interested bidders are required to apply through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) of PPRA as per rules stipulated therein.
