DM/TL(M)/KSK/T-02/2024 NAME OF WORK: INSTALLATION/ REPLACEMENT OF TOWER PEAKS OF 220KV MANGLA-GUJRAT CCT-I, II TRANSMISSION LINE AND 220KV KALA SHAH KAKU-SIALKOT TRANSMISSION LINE 1. National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) ?The Purchaser? is responsible for development and control of power transmission system in the country invites sealed bids on the basis of National Competitive Bidding through Single Stage Single envelope Procedure from eligible firms registered with income tax and Provisional Sales tax departments and who are on Active Tax payers list of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in appropriate category. 2. Bidding Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before one day of opening at the following address during office hours (08:30 am to 16:30 pm) upon submission of written request on company?s letterhead. Price of the bidding documents is PKR 2,000 (Pak Rupees Two Thousand Only) non-Refundable in the favor of Deputy Manager 220KV Grid Station NTDC Kala Shah Kaku. 3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount not less than 5% of the Total Bid price in the form of CDR or pay Order from a bank in Pakistan in favor of Deputy Manager 220KV Grid Station NTDC Kala Shah Kaku. 4. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach at the above address on or before 26.12.2024 11:30 hours PST. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hours PST. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk 5. NTDC reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul bidding process at any stage prior to contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. 6. The bidder should not be blacklisted from NTDC, DISCO or any Government organization at the time of bidding.
