Bids, prepared in accordance to the instructions contained in the bidding documents, and required documents; must be submitted by using E-PADS as well as physically on or before December 24, 2024 till 01:30 pm. Physical bids submission is also mandatory. The Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm. However, no bid will be accepted without attachment of below documents with the bid: a. Full name, permanent address, telephone and fax numbers b. Type of firm (whether it is sole enterprise or a joint venture) c. Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration certificate (must be on active list of Federal Board of Revenue). d. Original Affidavit that the firm has neither been blacklisted nor have been found involved in litigation with any Government/Semi-Government, Autonomous body. e. Tender documents? fee receipt must be submitted physically along with the bid in a separate sealed envelope. f. Valid PEC Registration Certificate. *Vendors already Pre-Qualified for the period 2024-26 do not need to apply again. *HEC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as provided under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules. *In case of unexpected holiday on bid opening date, the bids will be opened on next working day.
