| Description | ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS 1. Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) is an autonomous institution of the Government of Pakistan under Ministry of Industries and Production working for encouraging and facilitating the development and growth of small and medium enterprises in the country. SMEDA invites Proposals from local legal/law firm(s) for Consultancy Services for conducting a ?Study for developing a legal framework for Subcontracting in Pakistan ?It is mandatory that local firms Must with registered with relevant tax authorities. Should be on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) 2. Method of selection will be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) 70:30 with single stage two envelope procedure. (70% Technical & 30% Financial). Request for Proposal (RFP) Document (containing detailed terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, etc.) is available for interested consulting firm(s) at the address given below. Price of the RFP document is Rs.1000/-. RFP document can also be downloaded from (www.smeda.org) free of cost. 3. Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document must reach at the addressed given below on or before 1500 hours on December 20, 2024. The Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours.
