| Description | Request for Proposal Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) is a statutory body working under the Ministry of Industries and Production (MOI&P) Government of Pakistan for the development and promotion of SMEs in Pakistan. SMEDA invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from the reputable engineering consultancy firms having minimum of 10 years of experience and who are registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the provision of engineering consultancy services ( Detailed feasibility study including, Design, Master plan, BOQs Engineering estimate, Drawing, Design, Soil investigation, Geo-technical, Accessible & Reachable location) of establishment of ?Small Medium Enterprises Facilitation Centres (SMEFCs) at Lahore, Karachi, Quetta & Peshawar. 2. RFP document, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at SMEDA, 4TH Floor, Building No. 3, Aiwan ? e- Iqbal Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Price of the document is Rs. 500 (Non-Refundable). 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document, must reach at SMEDA, 4thFloor, Building No. 3, Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Egerton Road, Lahore on or before 12-12-2024 at 2:00 PM. Bids/document will be opened on the same day at 02:30 pm on above mentioned address in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present.
