| Description | Pre-Qualification of Firms Designing, Printing, Video Production & Event Management The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan intends to pre-qualify well-established firms for outsourcing of graphic designing, printing, video production and event management tasks for a period of three (03) years. The firms must have registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, and offices in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Pre-qualification document containing detailed requirements and terms & conditions is available at HEC website (www.hec.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Interested firms may download the prequalification document from these websites. The proposals, in accordance with the instructions in the pre-qualification document, must reach this office by 1330 hours on December 10, 2024. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours. HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals.
