AUCTION OF UNSERVICEABLE/SCRAP MATERIAL
Sealed bids for auction of material are invited from interested bidders to dispose of the following unserviceable material on ?AS IS WHERE IS? basis:

Terms & Conditions.
1. For each Lot, Material can be Physically inspected up to 17-12-2024 during working hours at EHV-I temporary site stores of M/s CNTIC at 500KV Grid Station NTDC Sheikhupura, 220kV Grid Station Wapda Town & 220kV Grid Station Sarfraz Nagar.
2. For each Lot, Tender documents can be purchased for Rs. 2,000/- (Nonrefundable) up to 17-12-2024 during working hours from the office of Project Director (EHV-I) NTDC, 34-Industrial Area Gulberg-III Lahore.
3. For each Lot, 25% CDR of the bid amount in the favor of Project Director (EHV-I) NTDC Lahore, must be accompanied with bid which will be kept in safe custody for the first three bidders (as per comparative statement) till the submission of final 75% amount by the lowest bidder whereas the bid amount for the remaining non- successful bidders except first three will be returned on the same day.
4. Tenders will be received up to 18-12-2024 (11:00 Hrs) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of Project Director (EHV-I) NTDC, 34-Industrial Area Gulberg-III Lahore
5. Tenders with any Cutting/ Overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected.
6. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority.
7. The material is sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the material they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained.
8. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 15 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited.
9. All the material from the site will be lifted within 15 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only.
10. Rights for cancellation of auction or any change in schedule are reserved.
