National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) the ?Purchaser?, invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined in Instruction to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the following supply/works. ARRANGEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY BORE FOR SECURITY BARRAK AT 500KV HVDC/HVAC GRID STATION NTDC AZAKHEL BALA NOWSHERA, KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA AS PER NTDC DESIGN. 2. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased in person from o/o Deputy Manager (Converter Station) PIU CASA-1000 Azakhel Bala, Nowshera against payment of PKR 1,000/- (Pak Rupees One Thousand only) in favour of PD PIU CASA-1000. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of the total bid price of respective work in Pak Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of the Employer valid for a period up to twenty Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 4. The Bids must be delivered to the above mentioned office on or before 10-12-2024 at 11:00am and will be opened at 11:30am on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 5.
