TENDER NOTICE. NO. XEN/CIV/AMN/MUL/2024-25/02
Sealed Tender is invited for below mentioned work. The bidding document shall be issued after fulfilling below mentioned eligibility conditions and upon production of required documents.

ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR: (FOR ISSUANCE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS)
1. Registered with PEC in relevent category and up to estimated amount of work having renewal for year 2024-25 which is verifiable from PEC website.
2. Name of firm specifying sole ownership, partnership, limited (copy of form "C" in case of
Partnership) along with attested copy of Owners CNICS.
3. Past experience along with attested copies of work order of same nature work. (Minimum 03 similar
nature works).
4. Bank Statement of firm for last 6 months which is to be evaluated on the basis of liquidity average
balance/turnover. The bank statement should be verifiable from concerned bank.
5. Affidavit in original that firm has not been black listed by any Government/Semi Government
Organization on Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper.
6. Registered and active member of Federal as well as Provincial Revenue Departments.
7. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his authorized representative, having
authorization on Rs.100 non Judicial Paper for Respective works with original CNIC.
8. List of qualified, technical and non-technical personal.
9. List of tools and plants, equipment and machine.
10. All documents must be signed and stamped by the firm/representative.
BID SECURITY:
Bid security in shape of bank draft/pay order shall be attached with application in advance in the name of Executive Engineer Civil NTDC Multan, for an amount tabulated above.
Terms and Conditions:
1) No tender will be sold/issued on the date of opening and in case of public holiday, the receipt and
opening of tenders will be the next day.No tender will be entertained without Bid security.
2) All right reserved with the undersigned as per PPRA Rules-2004 ammended till date.
3) Bid price must include all Federal and Provincial taxes and duties i.e. Income Tax, General Sales Tax,
Provincial Sales Tax etc.
4) The successful bidder will submit 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of LOI/LOA.
