| Description | RHO NADRA Lahore needs to auction used condemned (BER) Technical Items ?As and Where is Basis?. Interested parties/ individuals are required to submit bids along copies of CNIC. Detailed bidding documents comprising of instructions/ terms and conditions can be obtained from RHO NADRA Lahore Admin Branch for a pay order/call deposit of Rs. 2000/- non-refundable during office hours. Bids should be submitted on or before 28 November 2024 (Thursday) at 1030 hrs and same shall be opened at 1100 hrs on same day. A bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of CDR/ Call deposit on the name of Director General NADRA RHO Lahore must be submitted along with completely filled bidding documents. Successful bidder has to deposit 100% of bid amount within 3 days after issuance of awarding letter, and have to lift auctioned items within next 7 days of the same. Items to be auctioned can be viewed till 27 November 2024 during office hours after receiving of bidding documents by respective bidders at NADRA Store Section 73-Trade Center M.A Johar Town Lahore. Successful bidder has to deposit 10% (filer)/20% (Non filer) income tax along with 18% sales tax on the successful bid amount as per Govt rules and regulations.
