| Description | E-Tender Notice for Pre-qualification of Vendors to provide Podcast, Event Management, and Documentary/Testimonials Development & Management Services PQ No. PSW/PROC/COMM-01/24-25 Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity for the PSW system under provisions of the PSW Act, 2021 and a company incorporated under section 42 of Companies Act 2017 invites sealed applications from experienced vendors, registered with relevant authorities, for Pre-qualification of a panel to provide Podcast, Event Management, and Documentary/Testimonials Development & Management Services. The applicants should be registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in order to participate in the subject Pre-Qualification. Interested applicants can register themselves electronically on EPADS through https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. 2. Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents, containing all information including instruction for preparation and submission of pre-qualification proposals, evaluation criteria etc. can be accessed through ePADS or downloaded from PSW website (https://www.psw.gov.pk/documents/tenders). Prospective applicants may request clarification on the PQ documents till 17th November, 2024. 3. Pre-qualification proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Pre-Qualification Documents, must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 26th November, 2024 at 1500 Hrs. Pre-Qualification proposals will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. at the below given address. In case the day of Pre-Qualification proposals? submission and opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
