Terms and Conditions ? Earnest money Rs 300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand only) in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of NRTC, Haripur (refundable) must be attached with Technical Proposal, otherwise bid will not be entertained. ? Income / sales tax registration certificates with FBR. ? Undertaking on stamp paper that the bidder is not declared as black listed by or involved in litigation with any Govt or Semi or Private Organization. ? Undertaking on stamp paper that bidder is the owner or proprietor of the firm / company who wish to participate in the tender. The quotations will be received in the office of the undersigned till 11:00 hrs on 14 November 2024 and will be opened at 11:30 hrs on the same day . NRTC, Haripur may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bids as per Rule-33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
