| Description | 1. NADRA Regional Head Office Sargodha invites applications from parties/building owners having valid CNIC. Detail requirements is as under:- a. Covered area should be 2500 sqft to 4000 sqft. b. Office accommodation should be in vicinity of Jaranwala City. c. Must have independent entrance and should not be in residential area. d. Security wise viable location and easily accessible by public transport. e. Required building containing 01x Hall, 01x Store, 02x Washrooms. f. Provision of Ramp for wheel chair. g. Provision of proper outer shutter/door. h. Provision of roof top. i. Provision of space for installation of direction board, sign board and heavy generator. j. Dedicated 3 phase electrical meter. k. Tap & drinking water facility along with overhead tank. l. No brokerage/service charges shall be paid in case of real estate agent. m. Floor tiling, roof ceiling & wall paneling. n.
