| Description | NOTICE FOR INVITING OF TENDERS Bid Reference No.03/DM TL (M) QTA/2024. REHABILITATION WORK OF TILTED/CRITICAL TOWER NO.224 OF 220KV SIBBI-QUETTA T/LINE. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) a corporate entity invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for the following works as mentioned below on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis through Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) Procedure. Description REHABILITATION WORK OF TILTED/CRITICAL TOWER NO.224 OF 220KV SIBBI-QUETTA T/LINE. Earnest Money 5% of CDR as Bid security issued from any schedule Bank of Pakistan in favor of Senoir Engineer 220kV NTDC Industrial. The documents may be collected in person for an additional fee of Rs. 2000/-in cash. Supervision Will be supervised by NTDC Eligibility i) Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed/Valid for the year December, 2024. ii) Income Tax clearance certificate & return filed with Income Tax Department for FY 2023-24. iii) Eligibility for obtaining and participation in bids, a bidder must have the documentary evident of experience of the works of similar nature in all respect of rehabilitation work of 220kV transmission lines as a Main Contractor (as single entity or as JV Partner) in last 3 years. Copy of satisfaction of employer of such works must be accompanied with bids. iv) Bidder must quote the price for complete scope of work. v) Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding (NCB). vi) Cutting/over writing of offered rate/price will not be accepted and Tender/Bid will be rejected. vii) Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with NIC. viii) All the Govt. taxes (Federal / Provincial) will be applicable as per relevant Govt. Notifications. ix) NTDC reserve all its rights regarding cancelation of tender/rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004 Sale of Tender A complete set of Bidding documents, in English Language, can be purchased w.e.f 28/10/2024 during office hours from the office of DM T/L (M) Division NTDC Quetta on the submission of written request to the Deputy Manager T/L (M) Division NTDC Quetta. Receipt Of Tender 15/11/2024 upto 11:00 Hrs Opening Of Tenders Tender will be opened on 15/11/2024 upto 11:01 Hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
