Tenders will be received till 18.11.2024 up to 12:00 (Hrs) and opened publically at 12.30 (Hrs), in the office of Executive Engineer-I (EHV-II) NTDC, House # 585,586 Block-A Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony Multan. Items No Description of Material Quantity / Unit Location 1. Empty steel frames of rail conductor and Empty OPGW steel frames 101555 kg. (Approx.) Field store located at 220KV Grid Station Dera Ismail Khan 2. Scrap Wood 45850 kg (Approx.) 3. Broken Disc insulator Steel weight 950 kg (Approx.) 4. OPGW 24 fiber Scrap 1040 kg (Approx.) 5. ACSR rail conductor Scrap 17605 kg (Approx.) 1. Earnest money 10% of the offered Bid Cost in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the bidder?s own name and in favor of the Executive Engineer (EHV-II) NTDC, Multan must be accompanied with offered bid. 2. Offers without legitimate earnest money will not be considered. 3. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned within Twenty (20) days after auction except those of the highest, and the 2nd highest bidder. 4. On acceptance of bid, balance price shall be deposited within 15 days from the date of issuance of LOA, otherwise 10 % deposited amount shall be forfeited. 5. Delivery of the material will be given when full payment is received. 6. Sales tax registered bidders having NTN No. who are on active taxpayers list of FBR are entitled to participate. 7. All the applicable Govt. Taxes (Federal/Provincial) shall be paid/borne by the bidder. 8. Bid form/Documents can be purchased on cash payment of Rs.3000/- (Non Refundable) up till before 01 day of opening, within working hours on submission of a written application on companys Pad/Letter Head along with a copy of CNIC, from the office of Executive Engineer (EHV-II) NTDC House # 585,586 Block-A Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony Multan. 9. Sealed bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/authorized representative of bidders. 10.
