Terms & Conditions. 1. Material can be Physically inspected up to 11-11-2024 during working hours (i.e., 08:30 to 16:30 Hrs. Monday to Friday) at EHV-1 site store NTDC RAWAT. 2. The material is sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the material they are bidding for (AS IS WHERE IS BASIS). No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 3. There will be separate bidding for each LOT. 4. Every auctioneer intending to participate in the auction proceedings will have to deposit refundable security of Rs. 6,000,000/-(Rupees Six Million only) for LOT A & Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million only) for LOT B in the form of CDR & in favor of Executive Engineer EHV-1 NTDC Rawalpindi before the start of auction process which will be adjusted in the earnest money in case of successful auctioneer and will be returned to the unsuccessful auctioneers on the same day except the auctioneers placed at 2nd and 3rd place in the auction process of each lot. The CDRs of the 2nd and 3rd number auctioneer will be retained until deposit of balance 75% by the successful auctioneer. 5. For each Lot, the successful auctioneer shall pay in cash 25 % of total bid amount on the spot as earnest money and balance amount i.e. 75% will be deposited within two (02) weeks from the date of acceptance of the bid accordingly. 6. All Govt. Taxes & Duties shall be applicable as per policy. 7. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority. 8. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 15 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and the already deposited 25 % payment will be forfeited. 9. The material from the site will be lifted within 15 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only which are 08:30 to 16:30 Hrs. 10.
