| Description | 1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), an independent corporate body with requisite autonomy to operate independently providing solutions for identification, e-governance and secure documents that deliver multi-pronged goals of mitigating identity theft; safe-guarding the interests of our clients and facilitating the public. NADRA invites applications from the reputed, experienced firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and having registration in C-B category with PEC for prequalification of Construction of NADRA Regional Head Office (RHO), Multan having a covered area of approximately 120,000 Sft. 2. Pre-qualification documents containing the detail terms and conditions, procedure for submission of pre-qualification. The documents (complete set) can be purchased by the firms upon a written request on Firms?s official letter head addressed to the Director (NADRA Procurement) at given address from 0930 hr to 1600 hr (Monday to Friday) & upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/- into NADRA bank account and provision of deposit slip to NADRA Office. Detail of NADRA bank account is: Bank HBL Account Title: NADRA Headquarters Account # 0004600051009601. The pre-qualification documents are also available on NADRA official website for the interested firms which can be viewed and downloaded from www.tenders.nadra.gov.pk without any cost. 3. Rupees 350/- additional (courier charges) to be deposited by the out stationed bidders for the purpose to purchase complete set of bidding documents. The complete set of Bidding Documents will be sent via Courier Services. Request for the same must reach at least 07 working days before closing date of pre-qualification else any delay liability cannot be claimed. 4. The proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the pre-qualification documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before 1100 hours on 7th November, 2024. Proposals will be opened on same day at 1130 hours. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. 5. All the vendors are requested to provide request for issuance of pre-qualification documents on company letterhead including nomination of authorized representative (Name & Designation) for presence at proposal opening. At the time of proposal opening company representative must possess company employee card. 6. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the proposals as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
