Office Accommodation should be commercial and situated in the main Area. ? Preferably at Ground floor, in the shape of hall with separate store room along with separate public and staff washrooms as per requirement. ? Having independent entrance. ? Security wise viable location and easily accessible by public transport. ? Dedicated Electrical 3-Phase Meter/Connection along with separate transformer. ? All type of Electric Earthing. ? Tap Water facility along with overhead tank & electric water pump. ? Space required for installation of Heavy Duty Generator along with NOC. ? Ramp for Disable Citizens and Roof top for satellite dish antenna installation. ? Sufficient space for maintaining the public queue & sufficient parking area as required. ? Tenancy for a longer period Minimum 10 years. Bids/proposals must include the following documents, additional details are available in bidding documents. Any further information that the bidder may find necessary can be submitted: ? Photocopy of ownership documents (Registry/Fard/Allotment Letter etc.) ? Photocopy of valid approved Site Plan/ Map, CNIC, NTN Certificate, GST. ? Building Fitness certificate from the concerned authority along with Commercialization Certificate ? Undertaking on Legal stamp paper certifying that owner / building is not temporary / permanently debarred from any Government agency / authority / department (without bearing any responsibility on NADRA whatsoever in this regard). ? Bidding documents received after submission of due date/time mentioned above will not be entertained. ? Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all Govt applicable taxes. ? No brokerage / service charges will be paid in case of real estate agent. ? Opening date/time of Financial Proposal will be communicated to all successful bidders in technical/ preliminary evaluation. ? NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids / proposals under Public Procurement Rules 2004 Clause 33 and can cancel the bidding process before acceptance of bid or proposal. ? Bid can also be rejected if owner of selected building fails to produce acceptable required/property documents. ? This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Note: Interested parties / owners can collect the detailed bidding documents for each site from below mentioned address during office hours (except gazetted holidays) by submitting a request from owner/authorized representative with an amount of Rs. 1000/- in cash or pay order/CDR non-refundable in the name of RHO NADRA Lahore for each site/ location. The bids / proposals should be submitted duly completed in all respects according to date/ time mentioned above (under Single Stage ? Two Envelope bidding procedure, Technical + Financial).
