| Description | 1.Karachi Tools, Dies and Moulds Centre (hereinafter called ?KTDMC?) is a company limited by guarantee having share capital, registered under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (Private) Limited (PIDC). 2.KTDMC invites sealed bids from eligible Insurance Companies/ Service provider, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of Hiring of Insurance Company for Group Health Family Takaful (GHFT) & Group Life Takaful (GLT) Services. 3.Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bit validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders at the address mentioned below. Price of the bidding documents is PKR.1000/- (non-refundable tender document?s fee) payable in the form of pay order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of ?Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre?. The Bidding documents can also be downloaded from ?www.ktdmc.com? free of cost. 4.The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Single Stage ? One Envelop bidding procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time), and is open to all potential bidders. 5.All bids must be accompanied by a 02% Bid Security in Pak Rupees in the shape of bank draft/pay order in the name of ?Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre 6.The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at address given below, on or before 11th October, 2024 at 10:30am. Bids will be opened publically on the same day at 11:00am in the presence of bidder?s representatives who choose to attend the bid opening to be held at the address given hereunder.
