| Description | 1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office, Peshawar invites sealed bids from registered firms for the Renovation of NADRA Offices. The renovation work includes but is not limited to False Ceiling, Grill for Counter/Window, Electric Work, Networking, Aluminum work, Brick work, Tile Work, Glass Work, plaster, PCC & RCC Work, Branding, Fibre Glass, Pana flex Board, Direction board, Paint Work, Bathroom Accessories and other work as provided in the bidding documents. 2. Additionally, NADRA regional Head Office, Peshawar requires eligible firms with valid PEC registration in minimum Category C-6, in relevant field of specialization, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. 3. Eligible firms are required to obtain the bidding documents from the procurement section at NADRA RHO Peshawar during office hours from 13th September 2024 to 30th September 2024, during work hours except holidays. The cost of tender form is Rs. 2000/- (Non-Refundable). 4. The bid should be addressed to the Director General NADRA Regional Head Office Peshawar. The complete tender documents must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 30th September 2024. The tender will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ authorized representatives on the same day i.e., 30th September 2024 at 11:30 AM. 5. Please note that this advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.gov.pk. NADRA reserves the right to exercise the powers under PP Rule-33 of PPRA. 6.
