| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS AGREEMENT-II TENDER NOTICE The Capital Development Authority invites bids, from firms registered with SECP, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the RFP/Bidding Documents for the following project. Sr. No. NAME OF WORK 1 Hiring of Service Provider for Ticketing Operations, Fare Collection, And Supervision of IITS & Bus Operations Under the Project Titled Integrated Public Transport Network in Islamabad BID SECURITY Rs. Ten (10.00) Million DATE AND TIME OF SUBMISSION OF TENDERS 08th October, 2024 at 02:00 PM DATE AND TIME OF OPENING OF TECHNICAL PROPOSAL 08th October, 2024 at 02:30 PM 1. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36 (b) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all potential bidders registered in the ?e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)?. 2. Technical Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security duly generated from firm?s own account should be in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS. 3. Project related information may be sought from the office of Project Director Metro Bus Operations located in Block-IV, Room No. 26, Wing-II CDA Secretariat G-7/4, Islamabad (Phone#0321-5390080). The clarification/Pre-Bid meeting shall be held by the Employer on 1st October, 2024 in the main CDA, Conference Room (HQ) Islamabad at 01:00 PM. All queries related to project must reach the office of Project Director Metro Bus Operations on or before 30th September, 2024. 4. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in Clause 1.1.1.10 of RFP Documents on or before 08.10.2024 up-to 02:00 PM. 5. The Technical Bids will be opened by using EPAD publically on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of the Procurement Committee & Bidders Authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director (P&CA-II), Room No 30, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
