| Description | RHO NADRA Lahore needs to auction used condemned (BER) Furniture / Fixture ?As and Where is Basis?. Interested parties/ individuals are required to submit bids along copies of CNIC. Detailed bidding documents comprising of instructions/ terms and conditions can be obtained from RHO NADRA Lahore Admin Branch for a Cash/pay order/call deposit of Rs. 5000/- non-refundable during office hours. Bids should be submitted on or before 09 October 2024 at 1100 hrs and same shall be opened at 1130 hrs on same day. A bid security of Rs. 150,000/- in the form of CDR/ Call deposit on the name of Director General NADRA RHO Lahore must be submitted along with completely filled bidding documents. Decision of the Authority will be considered final for acceptance or cancellation of bid. The successful bidder will have to deposit 100% of the total bid within 3 days after issuance of the success letter and it will be necessary to lift the goods within next 7 days. Items to be auctioned can be viewed during office hours after receiving of bidding documents by respective bidders at NADRA Store Section 15-A Abbot Road Lahore. Successful bidder has to deposit 10% (filer)/20% (Non filer) income tax along with 18% sales tax on the successful bid amount as per Govt rules and regulations.
