| Description | REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO DEVELOP A TRAINING MODULE ON ?BUILDING SME COMPETITIVENESS? AND CONDUCT TRAININGS OF THE TRAINERS SMEDA-ITC ?Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress? (GRASP) Project (Employer), a European Union (EU) funded project of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan (hereinafter called SMEDA) and the International Trade Centre ITC being implemented through a grant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), invites sealed Proposals (through single stage ? two envelopes procurement procedure) from eligible firms who are on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for provision of consultancy services to develop a training module on ?Building SME Competitiveness? and conduct trainings of the trainers. A complete set of RFP Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the below mentioned office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-. RFP documents shall be issued on the date fixed for opening of the proposals. RFP documents can also be downloaded from www.smeda.org.pk. free of cost. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is addressed to all the eligible consultants and determining the capacity and capability of the consultants shall be the part of the technical proposal. All proposals must be submitted to the office of undersigned at or before 2:00 PM, on 01- October 2024. Proposals will be opened at 2.30 PM on the same day, in the presence of bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address.
