| Description | REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) 1. Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure form the Consultant Firms/ Consultant, registered with PEC under profiles codes 1201 (i, v & vi) 1204, 1231, 1232 and service codes 0507, 0509, 5011, 0515, 0518, 0531, 0532, 0536, 0537, 0538, 0540 and 0542 to 0550 for HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF JINNAH MEDICAL COMPLEX, ISLAMABAD. Methods of selection, Quality and Cost Based, will be used. 2. Electronic Expression of Interest document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPDS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. 3. The electronic Expression of Interest, prepared in accordance with instructions in the EOI document, must be submitted through EPADS on or before 02-10-2024 at 11:00 AM. The electronic Expression of Interest (EOI) will be opened on the same day by using EPADS on 02-10-2024 at 11:30 AM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. 4.
