| Description | Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) from International Firms and Experts for SME Sector Development in Pakistan The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) of Pakistan invites internationally experienced firms and individual experts to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI). We are seeking qualified international entities and professionals with substantial experience in SME development, particularly those with expertise in countries renowned for their well-established SME programs. This EOI is open for one or multiple areas of expertise, including SME exports, access to finance, subcontracting, and organizational development for SMEDA. Scope of Services: 1. SME Exports: Market Analysis and export Strategy Development 2. SME Access to Finance: Financial Market Analysis and development of funding facilitation mechanism. 3. SME Subcontracting: Opportunity Identification, design of Contract Management Support systems. 4. Organizational Development for SMEDA: Organizational Assessment and business plan for the organization. Deliverables: Detailed analysis reports, strategies, policy recommendations, training materials, and organizational development plans. Methodology: Employ international best practices, conduct stakeholder consultations, and provide regular progress updates. Duration: Timelines for each project phase will be discussed and finalized mutually with the selected firms or experts. Qualifications: ? Firms: Proven experience in SME development and organizational improvement, with relevant international projects. ? Individual Experts: Significant international experience and qualifications in SME development. Eligibility Criteria: ? International Firms: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the specified areas, with experience in diverse international contexts. ? Individual Experts Relevant international experience, a successful track record in SME development, and expertise in the specified areas. Submission Requirements: ? Firm Profile: For firms, including experience, key personnel, and relevant international projects. ? CVs: For individual experts, detailing qualifications and relevant project experience. ?
