| Description | The Capital Development Authority invites sealed bids from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with project Codes CE-10, for the year 2024-25 who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. LANDSCAPING / PLANTATION AT ISLAMABAD HIGHWAY FROM FAIZABAD TO KORAL INTERCHANGE (A CSR PROJECT BY OGDCL). NIT COST Rs. 19,963,000/- EARNEST MONEY (3%) Rs. 598,890/- 1. Interested firms / contractors can purchased the bidding documents from the office of Dy. Director Park Division, 9thAvenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad upon submission of application along with pay order amounting to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) non-refundable being cost of the Bidding Documents during working hours on or before given date 18.09.2024 and time 12:30 PM. No application will be entertained for issuing of tender documents on the last date & time mentioned in above. 2. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents. 3. Tender should be accompanied with Bid Security/ Earnest Money (refundable) amounting to Rs. 598,890/- in the form of Pay order/ CDRs in favor of D.D.O (East), Environment Wing, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Director Environment (East), CDA at 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. 4. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk) of Public Procurement Rules- 2004 and terms & conditions defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the address mentioned below on 19.09.2024 at 11:30 AM. 5. The Bids will be opened publicly on 19.09.2024 at 12:00 PM in the office of Director Environment (East), CDA at 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. 6. The contractor will be required to start the work at site immediately and completed within (15 days) stipulated period and strictly in accordance with the specification and the instructions of concerned site Incharge. 7. Application for issuing of tender documents submitted on printed pad bearing name / address / signature of contractor along-with power of attorney, partnership deed, and proprietorship deed, valid professional Tax Certificate, renewal PEC license, attested copy of NTN certificate, attested copy of CNIC and Registered proof with PPRA on E-PADS. 8. No tender will be issued without showing all documents in ?ORIGINAL?. 9. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and / or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 10. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. 11. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA?s websites.
