| Description | METROPOLITAN CORPORATION ISLAMABAD (DIRECTORATE OF Municipal Administration) (Weekly Bazaar Section) ********** OPEN AUCTION NOTICE The Directorate of Municipal Administration, MCI INTENDS TO License Out The Collection & Disposal Of Poultry Waste Generated At Seven (07) Weekly Bazaars (Itwar Bazaars G-6, H-9 & G-10, Mangal Bazaar H-9 & I-9 , Budh Bazaar G-6 And Jumma Bazaar H-9,G-6 & Bara Kahu) Through Open Auction For A Period Of One Year (from the date of issue of bid acceptance letter) on 13-09-2024 at 11:00 Noon at Directorate of Municipal Administration, G-7/1,MCI Islamabad in case auction does not held or non acceptance of bid, the new date will be 17-09-2024 at 11:00 am. Terms & Conditions. 1. All the interested participants of auction can apply upto one day before the auction date with the cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non refundable) along with Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred thousand?s only) in the shape of call deposit in favour of DDO (Municipal Administration), MCI, which will be adjustable in the amount of successful bidder. 2. Call deposit amount will be refunded to unsuccessful bidder next day, however, the call deposit of 2nd and 3rd highest bidder will be released after the issuance of license to successful bidder. 3. The successful bidder will have to deposit total bid amount in lump sump and 5 % of total bid amount as security in the shape of pay order in favour of DDO (Municipal Administration), CDA within 07 days after issuance of bid acceptance letter. 4. Cash payments / cheques will not be accepted. 5. All the taxes will be deposited by the successful bidder. 6. The bidders can visit these bazaars on any bazaar functional day to estimate the bid. 7. For further information and guidance the Assistant Director (Bazaar), Directorate of Municipal Administration (Cell No.0332-5373112) may be contacted in his office located at Directorate of Sanitation, Sector G-6/1-4, Islamabad during office hours. 8. The Auction committee of MCI reserves the right to reject the auction amount. 9. The interested party must have the NTN. 10.
