Application for this tender document for above mentioned works shall be received up to 11-09-2024 till 11.30 AM on submission of application with (non-refundable) tender fee in shape of cash being coot of the bidding documents during working hours on or before given date and time at Accounts Branch (E&M) Ground Floor Aiwan E Sadr Building Islamabad. 2. Bidding Documents are available on PPRA EPADS portal and shall be purchased from the office of the Dy Director (E&M) A/Sadr Islamabad up to 11-09-2024 at 12.00 Noon. Tender documents will only be issued to owner of those firms / companies who are registered on EPADS and downloaded relevant tender documents from EPADS before application date. 3. Earnest Money / Call Deposit should be generated only from firms / Contractor account) firm name mentioned on CDR). The prospective bidder shall up load scanned copy of bid security on EPADS and original will submitted to the office of Dy Director (E&M) A/Sadr, 4. If any contractor wants to participate in tender opening process through their representative, then they should issue authority letter on letter head pad of the firm depicting complete valid address a contact numbers along with attested copy of CNIC. 6. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the Performance Security shall be rejected. The Performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 7. The Attorney holder may not be the employee of any Government / Semi Government Department. 8. Bid security of all bidders will be deposited in the CDA Account and same will be returned after acceptance of the lowest bid. 9. Firms / contractors interested in tendering process shall submit completion certificates of at least three works of similar nature completed in last two financial years. 10. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their bids online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ before opening date, original bids in accordance with provision of rule 36 (b) of public procurement rules 2004 and terms and conditions define in the bidding documents must be submitted at the mentioned address on respective date and time 11. The Tender Document shall be issued to only those forms having security clearness from Aiwan E Sadr Authority / Cabinet Block. 12. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules. 13.
