| Description | Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (ISGS) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 with its registered office in Islamabad and working under the auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. ISGS invites sealed bids from eligible IT firms/suppliers, registered with relevant Tax Authorities and which appear as active taxpayers in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)?s database i.e., Active Taxpayers List (ATL), for renewal of Microsoft office 365 cloud licenses. Bidding documents containing all information including instruction for preparation and submission of bids, bid evaluation criteria, format of contract, form of bid, format of securities, etc. are available for the interested bidders to be downloaded from the website of ISGS (www.isgs.com.pk). Prospective bidders may request clarification on any aspect of the bidding documents till 04 September 2024. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be reached at the following address on or before 1500 hrs. on 16 September 2024. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs. In case the day of bid submission and opening falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
