Application along with CDR?s for the tender document of the above mentioned work shall be received upto 12-09-2024 till (11:30 AM) on submission of application with (non refundable) tender fee in shape of cash being cost of the bidding documents during working hours on or before giving date and time from the office of the Deputy Director Maintenance Division-II, Bazar No-8 CDA Office G-6/4 Islamabad. 2. Bidding documents are available on PPRA EPADS portal and shall be purchased upto 13-09-2024 (12:00 Noon) from the office of the Deputy Director Maintenance Division-II, Bazar No-8 CDA Office G-6/4 Islamabad. 3. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on EPADS as vendors are eligible to download relevant tender document from EPADS before date & time. 4. Tenders should be accompanied bid security / earnest money (Re-fundable) in the forms of Pay order / CDR?s in favour of Deputy Director Maintenance-II, CDA. The prospective bidders shall up load scanned copy of bid security on EPADS and original will submitted to the office of Deputy Director Maintenance-II, CDA. 5. Valid PEC License 2024-25, Special / General Power Attorney registered with respective Court, Sole Proprietorship Certificate, valid Professional Tax Certificate 2024-25 and other documents, as required, will be seen in original before issuance of tender documents. 6. The owner of the firm should submit the application and collect the tender by himself. In case of authorized person, special / general power of attorney (regarding particular work), duly attested through respective Court in favour of the person deputed is required along with copy of CNIC. 7. The Prospective bidder is also required to submit their bids online through EPAD at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of rule 36 (b) of Public Procurement rules 2004 and terms and conditions defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the mentioned address on respective date and time 8. Tender No. (01) will be received and opened by Director Maintenance CDA in his office at Old Naval Complex Melody G-6 on due date and time in presence of the contractors or their authorized representatives who care to attend. 9. The bid security of all bidders should be deposited in CDA?s bank account and the bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon award of contract to the successful bidder or on the expiry of validity of Bid security whichever is earlier. 10. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit Deposit-at-Call as Performance Security, in addition to the earnest money as per Clause-49 of Additional Terms & Conditions of tender documents. 11. CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposals. CDA shall be upon request communicating, to any contractor or supplier who submitted a bid / proposal, but is not required to justify those grounds. 12.
