Item No. Lot Description Survey Report Quantity 01 Unserviceable ACSR DRAKE Conductor SR # 01-2024 SR # 02-2024 SR # 03-2024 SR # 04-2024 SR # 05-2024 SR # 07-2024 LOT 02 Unserviceable Dismantled Tower Material LOT 03 Unserviceable Shield Wire LOT 04 Unserviceable Conductor Pieces (Rail/Hawthron/Greely/Coreopsis) LOT Terms & Conditions. 1. Material can be Physically inspected up to 02-09-2024 during working hours (i.e., 08:30 to 16:30 Hrs. Monday to Friday) at EHV-1 site store NTDC RAWAT. 2. Tender documents can be purchased for Rs: 2,000/- (Nonrefundable) up to 02-09-2024 during working hours from the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 3. All Govt. Taxes & Duties shall be applicable as per policy. 4. In order to participate in the Bid CDR of the amount RS. 5 Million (50,00,000/-) in the favor of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, must be accompanied with bid. 5. Tenders will be received up to 03-09-2024 (11:00 Hrs.) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 6. Tenders with any Cutting/ Overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 7. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority. 8. The material is sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the material they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 9. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 15 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. 10. The material from the site will be lifted within 15 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only which are 08:30 to 16:30 Hrs. 11.
