| Description | Pakistan Institute of Fashion & Design (PIFD) Lahore, solicits sealed written proposals in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules-2004 36 (b) based upon single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Interested parties / bidders must submit their proposals as per PPRA rules and regulations for the TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FOR CERAMICS & GLASS DESIGN DEPARTMENT OF PIFD (PIFD/TENDER/2024-25/022) Tendering will be in two separate envelops clearly marked as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal respectively. Tender documents may be purchased on submission of written request at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the Treasurer Office at the address given below within office hours (09:00am to 04:00pm) except Saturdays and Sundays. The Bidders are required to submit their bids online on EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) https://eprocure.gov.pk and also a hard copy prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents to the address mentioned below on or before September 5th, 2024 at 11:00am without failure otherwise bid will be rejected. Tender will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. At the first stage, only technical proposals will be opened, where-as Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained.
