Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS portal and same also purchased from the office of Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North Room No. 66 Old Navel Head Quarter Melody G-6, Islamabad upon submission of application with a non-refundable amount as mentioned in tender notice in shape of cash being cost of the Bidding Documents. The date for submission of application for purchase of tender form is 05.09.2024 (office working hours), and tender will be issued at Sr. No. 01 on 10.09.2024, Sr. No. 02 on 11.09.2024, Sr. No. 03 on 12.09.2024, Sr. No. 04 on 13.09.2024, & Sr. No. 05 on 17.09.2024 will be issued on (during working hours). 2. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents. 3. Tender application should be accompanied with Bid Security/Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favour of Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Deputy Director Market & Roads Maintenance North, CDA along with the tender application. 4. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules 2004 and terms & condition defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the address mentioned below on or before above mentioned date and time. 5. The bid security of all bidder will be deposited in CDA bank account and same will be returned after the acceptance of the contract with the successful bidder. 6. The Bids will be opened publically on above mentioned date and time in the presence of Bidder?s authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of received in the office of Director Market & Roads Maintenance, CDA, Islamabad. 7. In case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount. This call deposit shall be in addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids. Bids not carrying the performance security shall be rejected. The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 8. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 9. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004, without assigning any reason. 10. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA, s websites. 11.
