| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY SECTOR DEVELOPMENT DIVISION -II ******** AUCTION NOTICE OF DISMANTELED BUILDING MATERIAL AND EXISTING HVAC SYSTEM IN WORKING CONDITION AT PACA ACADEMY OLD NAB HEADQUARTER SECTOR G-5, ISLAMABAD. Capital Development Authority intends to auction the HVAC system in good working condition and Dismantled material retrieved from subject building on ?As is & where is basis,? the auction will be open bidding among the interested parties. Date and time of auction: 27.08.2024 at 11:00AM Venue of auction: PAACA Academy Old NAB Headquarter Sector G-5, Islamabad TERMS & CONDITION: 1) Interested Parties can visit to examine / inspect the aforementioned material at site located at premises in PACA Academy G-5, Islamabad site on 27.08.2024. 2) Token will be issued upon submission of Pay Order of Rs. 500,000/- in favor Deputy Director, Sector Development Division-II, CDA along with application and copy of perspective bidder?s CNIC on 26.082.024 upto closing hours. The token will be returned to unsuccessful bidders and token of successful bidder will be adjusted in 75% of balance amount. 3) No token will be issued on the day of auction. 4) Successful bidders will have to submit 25% amount of bid on the spot. 5) Successful bidders have to submit Balance amount 75% of bid plus all government taxes within 07 days of bid approval date in shape of Pay Orders in favor Deputy Director, Sector Development Division-II, CDA. 6) In case of failure in submission of bid amount with in due date by the bidder CDA reserve the right to confiscate the bid security amount and bid will be conducted again. 7) Auctioned material will be lifted within 15 days. After 15 days Rs.1,000/- per day, will be charged as Warehouse Charges. 8) CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules 9) In case of auction cannot completed on the scheduled day, it will be followed the next working day. 10) Details of materials / items and other relevant information can be obtained from the office of undersigned during working hours.
