Auction notice on the basis of ?As & Where it is? is hereby invited on weight based rates (Per KG) of unserviceable Lead-Acid Storage Batteries of Solar Power Plant F-9 Islamabad. Date and time of auction: 28-08-2024 at 11:00AM Venue of auction: Solar Power Plant F-9 Park Mehran Gate Side, Islamabad TERMS & CONDITION: 1) Interested Parties can visit to examine / inspect the aforementioned material at site located at Solar Power Plant F-9 Park Mehran Gate Side, Islamabad site on 23-08-2024. 2) Token will be issued upon submission of Pay Order of Rs.500,000/- in favor Deputy Director, Electrical Division-II, CDA along with application and copy of perspective bidder?s CNIC on 23-08-2024 upto closing hours . The token will be returned to unsuccessful bidders and token of successful bidder will be adjusted in 75% of balance amount. 3) No token will be issued on the day of auction. 4) Successful bidders will have to submit 25% amount of bid on the spot. 5) Successful bidders have to submit Balance amount 75% of bid plus all government taxes within 07 days of bid approval date in shape of Pay Orders in favor Deputy Director, Electrical Division-II, CDA. 6) In case of failure in submission of bid amount with in due date by the bidder CDA reserve the right to confiscate the bid security amount and bid will be conducted again. 7) Auctioned material should be lifted within 15 days. After 15 days Rs.1,000/- per day, will be charged as Warehouse Charges. 8) CDA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. 9) In case of auction cannot completed on the scheduled day, it will be followed the next working day.
