| Description | Selection of HR Consulting / Head Hunting Firm for Hiring of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer Last date of submission is August 26, 2024 at 1500 HRS. SSGC LPG Limited (SLL) is 100% owned subsidiary of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, engaged in LPG sourcing, marketing and distribution across the country. The Company owns and operates a dedicated open access LPG terminal with storage facilities at Port Qasim to handle LPG imports. SLL is a fully integrated LPG Company capable of providing end to end solutions right from the terminal at Port Qasim to the consumers sites. Brief Description of Task: SLL intends to hire services of a HR Consultancy / Head-Hunting Firm for assistance in recruitment of its Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer. The firms having extensive experience are invited to participate and submit their profiles. Scope of Work: Recruitment of Chief Executive Officer/ Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer by widely advertising / circulating the positions in leading newspapers, social media platforms like LinkedIn etc., and as well as Head-Hunt top quality and seasoned professionals, wishing to bring about a transformation and be a role model for other SOEs, while adhering to the requirement of Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015, Corporate Governance Framework prevalent in the country, Companies Act 2017, SOEs Act 2023, SOEs Ownership & Management Policy 2023 and complying with all applicable Rules & Regulations. The process shall include but not limited to designing and publication of advertisement, processing of applications, screening and shortlisting of relevant profiles along with detailed ranked matrix for SLL Board Nominations Committee / BOD review and arranging / coordinating interviews of the potential candidates with the Board Nominations Committee and the Board. Proposals are invited from HR Consultancy / Head-Hunting Firms fully compliant with the laid down criteria. HR Consultancy / Head-Hunting Firms will be responsible to submit their profiles in sealed envelope clearly mentioning the project title marked as ?SLL-Hiring of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer? The EOI is to be submitted on or before August 26, 2024 at 1500 HRS in the Procurement Department at address mentioned below, proposals submitted after EOI submission deadline will not be entertained. The EOI will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the submission time and the name of firms will be announced in the presence of their participants who wish to attend. SLL reserves the right to reject all the bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and annul the EOI process. The Head-Hunting Firms will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in the shortlisting criteria. Shortlisting Mandatory Criteria 1. Experience in Executive Recruitment: The firm must have successfully placed at least three (3) Chief Executive Officers/Managing Directors, and at least three to five (3 to 5) Chief Financial Officers within leading Public Sector Companies/Large Corporate Entities/ Multinationals/NGOs over the past five (5) years. Additionally, the firm should have a minimum of four (4) recruiters with relevant experience in these roles. 2. Registration with all applicable tax authorities including NTN, GST, SST, Professional Tax. 3. Declaration of non-involvements in litigation / arbitration (certificate to this effect on Rs 100/- non judicial stamp paper to be provided). ? Hard Copy of Supporting documents are mandatory. Short-listed Head-Hunting Firms will be allowed to submit detailed RFP. The method of Procurement will be ?Quality and Cost Based Selection of Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulation 2010?. In case of non-submission of supporting documents, firm will not be considered. |
