| Description | 1. Director General Pakistan Coast Guards invites sealed tenders from G.S.T registered firms alongwith brochures/specifications for supply of following boats to be opened on 27 August 2024 at 1100 hours (a) Fast Patrol Boat (b) Rigid Hulled Inflatable Boat ( RHIB ) 2. Firms will submit FOR prices including GST, Income Tax, Custom Duty and other applicable taxes and will complete their supplies during current FY 2024-25. 3. Delivery of Boats will be within 120 days, otherwise bid will not be accepted in financial opening. 4. 5% earnest money of total bid amount in shape of pay order bank draft must be enclosed with bid in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards, otherwise bid will not be considered. 5. Bidding documents containing details/quantity terms and condition can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards Kiyani Shaheed Road Saddar Karachi 3 on any working day between 0900 to 1200 hrs. 6. Qualification and disqualification of supplier or contractor will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 2004. 7. The rates in tender will be considered valid upto 30 June 2025. 8. Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rule 2004. |
