The Capital Development Authority invites on percentage basis on NIT cost from the Contractors/firms duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category & code & having valid PEC licenses 2024-2025 and also registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Departments who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Document for the following projects. Name of works 1-Replacement of 6?dia MS line Aiwan-e-Sadar & 4?dia HDPE line in Street No 01 F-6/3 Islamabad. 2-Replacement of 18?dia PRCC line with 16? dia MS line E-7 to E-8 Faisal Avenue Chowk Sector F-8 Islamabad. 3-Replacement of 15?dia PRCC line with 16?dia & 12?dia MS line in Green area Street No 10 to 48 Sector F-8/3,4 Islamabad. 4-Shifting and Re-Laying of 24?dia MS line from E-11 to Sector F-7 along Margallah Road, Islamabad. 5-Procurement of Store Material Earnest Money 1- Rs.115,748/- 2- Rs.463,364/- 3- Rs.202,445/- 4- Rs.756,932/- 5- Rs.232,794/- NIT Cost 1- Rs.3,858,274/- 2- Rs.15,445,451/- 3- Rs.6,748,173/- 4- Rs.25,231,055/- 5- Rs.7,759,798/- Remarks Quantity and detail of items are mentioned in the bidding documents. 2. Bidding documents are available on PPRA E-PADS portal and shall be purchased from the office of Dy Director Distribution Division (North),CDA located at Old Navel Head Quarter Room No 157 Sector G-6 melody Islamabad Up to 16-08-2024 12:00 PM upon submission of application with a non-refundable amount Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand only)each in shape of Pay Order/CDR in favour of Dy Director Distribution Division (North), being cost of the Bidding Documents. No Application will be received/entertained without tender fee after above mentioned dated and time. 3. Only firms/Contractor registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents. 4. Tender should be accompanied Bid Security /Earnest Money (refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of Deputy Director (Distribution Division (North) CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Director (Water Supply), CDA along with the bid. 5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date Original bids in accordance with the provision of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the address mentioned below on or before for the work dated 22-08-2024 11.30 AM 6. The Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders? authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of the Director (Water Supply) Room No.16, CDA Old Naval Headquarter Building, G-6, Islamabad. 7. In case the total bid amount is less then 10% below the NIT amount, the bidder shall submit call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount .That is required performance security = NIT amount ?total bid amount -10% of NIT amount .This call deposit shall be addition to the earnest money for the work and shall be deposited at the time of submission of bids, not carrying the performance security shall be rejected, The performance security of the successful bidder shall be released after completion of the project. 8. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and /or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification from the bidding. 9. The eligibility criteria of the firms with the relevant experience i.e at least three number of work orders in last two financial years may be observe /fulfilled before issuance of tender documents. 10. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 11.
