| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (Procurement & Contract Agreement-I) INVITATION FOR BIDS 1. The Capital Development Authority invites sealed bids under "Single Stage Two Envelope" procedure from Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid registration Certificate in Category CA or above, with Project Code CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10,E-11,ME-01,ME-02, ME-03, EE-02, EE-04,C-6(11), C-5(11) for the Year 2024-25, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. S.No 1 Name of Work Construction of 104 Family suits Family Suits for Members of Parliament including Servant Quarters Block at Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. (Phase-I) Balance works of Block ?B?, 02 Servant Blocks, Boundary wall and external Development works (Market rates 2010) NIT Cost Rs 423.92 M Bid security Rs 8.48 M Remarks Quantity and detail of items are mentioned in the bidding documents 1. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36 (b) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all potential bidders registered in the ?e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)?. 2. Technical Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security duly generated from firm?s own account should be in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS. 3. Project related information may be sought from the office of Director Works room 20, old Naval HQ, G-6, Islamabad. 4. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in Bidding Data IB- 20.1 of NIT (Bidding Documents) before 29.08.2024 at 11:30 AM. 5. The Technical Bids will be opened by using EPAD publicly on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders? authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director P&C-I, Room No 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
