| Description | CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Procurement & Contracts Agreement-I INVITATION FOR BIDS 1. The Capital Development Authority invites bids, from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-1 or above with project code CE-01, CE-10, BC-01, EE-04 & EE-05, who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project. Name of Work INTEGRTED PUBLIC TRANSPORT NETWORK IN ISLAMABAD. S.H. CONSTRUCTION OF DEPOT AND ALLIED WORKS AT ZERO POINT? NIT Cost: Rs.1,595.850 Million Bid Security: Rs.16.000 Million Remarks: Quantity and Detail of items are mentioned in the bidding documents. 2. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Rule 36 (b) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all potential bidders registered in the ?e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)?. 3. Technical Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security duly generated from firm?s own account should be in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS. 4. Project related information may be sought from the office of Dy. Director Metro Bus Infrastructure located in Block-IV CDA Secretariat G-7/4, Islamabad. 5. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in Bidding Data IB- 20.1 of NIT (Bidding Documents) before 20.08.2024 at 11:30 AM. 6. The Technical Bids will be opened by using EPAD publicly on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders? authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director P&C-I, Room No 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
