| Description | Capital Development Authority (Sector Development Division-II) RE-TENDER NOTICE (Single Stage Two Envelope) 1. CDA invites sealed tender on Single Stage Two Envelope basis under Bidding process, PPRA 2004 36(b) from eligible bidder on percentage basis dully filled in figure as well as in words from the contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 & above with Project code CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10, EE-11, EE(iii), ME-01, ME-02 andEE-05 for the year 2024 as per details given below: - NAME OF WORK Refurbishment of Pakistan Anti-Corruption Academy (PACA),NAB HQ G-5/2,Islamabad NIT COST Rs. 254,171,223.00 EARNEST MONEY Rs. 7,625,146.00 2. Interested Firms/Contractors can purchased the bidding documents from the office of Dy: Director Sector Development Division-II, 1st Floor, Multi sports Complex Building, F-6 Markaz, Islamabad upon submission of application with non-refundable cash for an amount of Rs.10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) bidding documents during working hours on or before 15-08-2024. The details terms and conditions are included in the bidding documents 3. The Bidders are required to submit two sealed envelopes simultaneously (One containing the Technical proposal and the other Financial /Price bid) enclosed in and outer single Envelope. 4. The bids shall be submitted in the office of Director Sector Development, located at Block-F, Room No.55, Old Naval Head Quarter, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad on _16-08-2024 upto 11:30 AM. The prospective bidders also required to submit their bids online through E-Pad and Physical. 5. Tender documents will be issued to the contractors only, who will provide call deposit and attested copies of CNIC, valid PEC registration Certificate with the relevant codes indicates in the criteria book, income tax registration number/certificate, valid Professional Tax Certificate and ownership proof in shape of partnership dead/sole proprietor/ power of attorney in favour of authorized representative. 6. The prospective bidders are required to submit Bid Security (Deposit at call) from the scheduled bank as mentioned above against the work in favor of Deputy Director Sector Development Division-II, CDA along with the technical bid. Any technical bid without bid security will be treated as non-responsive. 7. The financial price bids shall remain sealed and will be held in the custody of Director until evaluation of Technical Bids however, time for opening of Price Bids will be intimated subsequently. 8. Contractors/firms having experience of at least three (3) work orders of same nature of job and completion certificate and audit reports for three years duly vetted by chartered account. 9. In case if total bid amount is less than 10% below the N.I.T amount the bidder shall submit additional call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between N.I.T amount and total quoted amount less 10% of N.I.T amount the additional performance guarantee shall be submitted along with the bid. Bids having rates below 10% of NIT without additional call deposit will be rejected 10. The firms providing unsubstantiated and incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification. 11. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. 12. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA, s Websites. .
