NOTICE FOR INVITING OF TENDERS Bid Reference No.01/CE/AM/S/NTDC/HYD-2024-25 REHABILITATION WORKS OF TOWER NO. 82 (SHJ1+0+1.5) OF 500KV S/C QUAD BUNDLE K2K3-JAMSHORO CIRCUIT-2 TRANSMISSION LINE. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) a corporate entity invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for the following works as mentioned below on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis through Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) Procedure. Description of Work Rehabilitation works of Tower No. 82 (SHJ1+0+1.5) Type of 500KV S/C Quad Bundle K2K3-JAMSHORO Circuit-2 Transmission Line. EARNEST MONEY 5% of Bid security in the shape of Pay Order/CDR issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Senior Budget & accounts office Hyderabad. The documents may be collected in person or may be obtained by courier service for an additional fee of Rs. 2000/- (domestic delivery). No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery by courier service. SUPERVISION Work will be supervised by NTDC ELIGIBILITY i) Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed/Valid for the year December 2024. ii) Bidder should be registered with FBR, General Sales Tax and should be active tax filer for the period of 2022-23. iii) Eligibility for obtaining and participating in bids, a bidder must have experience with works of a similar nature in all respects for 500/220 kV Transmission Line construction minimum length 5-10 km as Main Contractor (as a single entity or as JV Partner) in last 3 years. Copy of NoA & completion certificate of such works must be accompanied by bids. iv) Bidder must quote the price for the complete scope of work. Bids covering only a part of the work will be rejected. v) Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding (NCB). vi) Cutting/overwriting of the offered rate/price will not be accepted and the Tender/Bid will be rejected. vii) Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his legally Authorized representative with CNIC. viii) All the Govt. taxes (Federal / Provincial) will be applicable as per the relevant Govt. Notifications. ix) NTDC reserves all its rights regarding cancelation of tender/rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. SALE OF TENDERS A complete set of Bidding documents, in the English Language, can be purchased w.e.f 25.07.2024 during office hours (From 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs) from the office of Assistant Manager (CA) Asset Management (South) NTDC, Hyderabad. RECEIPT OF TENDER 12-08-2024 up to 11:00Hrs OPENING OF TENDERS Tender will be opened on 12-08-2024 at 11:30hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
