| Description | INVITATION FOR BID TENDER NO. XEN-EHV-II-MN(NEW)-01-2024-25 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC)?The Employer? intends to get the work done for (TENDER NO. XEN-EHV-II-MN(NEW)-01-2024-25) through NTDC Own Resources. The scope of work includes the following: WRING/UN-WIRING, DISMANTLING, SAFE HANDLING, LOADING / UN-LOADING, TRANSPORTATION OF 132/11 KV, 10/13MVA TRANSFORMER (MAKE:ABB) ALONGWITH OTHER EQUIPMENTS AND ALLIED ACCESSORIES FROM 500KV GRID STATION SHIKARPUR TO 500KV GRID STATION DADU. 2. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) invites sealed bids through (SSSE) ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on Local Competitive Bidding (LCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, who are on Active Tax payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in appropriate category for the subject work as per NTDC specifications (details, types and quantities mentioned in the bidding document). 3. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty Eight (28) days beyond the validity date. 4. The bidder should have successfully completed 02Nos. similar nature works i.e. (i) At least 01-No.Line Bay Equipment Installation work alongwith Wiring & its Termination Works at any 220KV Grid Station or above voltage level. (ii) Dismantling, Safe Handling, Loading / Un-loading, Transportation of Power Transformers, Auto Transformer & 132/220/500KV Equipments and allied accessories etc within last 05-years alongwith documentary evidence for which the contractor/bidder will submit the completion certificate for issuance of bidding documents. 5. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased from the office of Executive Engineer (EHV-II) Const. Division, NTDC, House No.427, Block-C, Shah Rukan e Alam Multan for fee of PKR 5,000/- (Non-Refundable) on cash payment or Bank Draft in favour of Executive Engineer (EHV-II) Const. Division, NTDC, Multan (new) one day before the opening of tender, during the office hours. 6. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must be delivered to the above address on or before 12.08.2024 at 14:00 hours PST. The Bids will be opened at 14:30 hours on the same day, in presence of Bidders Representatives who choose to attend the same address. 7. NTDC reserves the right to reject all bids and to annual bidding process at any stage prior to contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. 8.
