| Description | Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity for the PSW system under provisions of the PSW Act, 2021 and a company incorporated under section 42 of Companies Act 2017 invites sealed bids from minimum ?A? rated (PACRA/JCR-VIS) insurance companies having valid registration with tax and other relevant authorities, including SECP, for Provision of Group Life Insurance Services. The bidders should be registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in order to participate in the subject tender. Interested bidders can register themselves electronically on EPADS through https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. 2. The Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. can be accessed through ePADS or downloaded from PSW website (https://www.psw.gov.pk/documents/tenders). Prospective bidders may request clarification on any aspect of the bidding documents till 30th July, 2024. 3. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 08th August, 2024 at 1500 Hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. at the below mentioned address. In case the day of bid submission and opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
