ADB-401E-03-2024 FOR PROCUREMENT OF 500KV, 220KV & 132KV SUBSTATION EQUIPMENT FOR NTDC SUBSTATIONS UNDER ADB LOAN NO. 4271-PAK: SECOND POWER TRANSMISSION ENHANCEMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM - TRANCHE 4 REFERENCE INVITATION NOTICE FOR THE ABOVE TENDER PUBLISHED IN NATIONAL DAILIES. THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES OF THE IFB SHALL BE READ AS UNDER INSTEAD OF EXISTING:- Deadline for Submission of Bids: 24th July, 2024, 02:30pm (Pakistan Standard Time) 2. The National Transmission and Despatch Company (?NTDC or the Purchaser?) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for ?Procurement of 500kV, 220kV and 132kV Substation Equipment for NTDC Substations?. The goods shall be procured in the following six (06) lots: Lots Description Quantity I Procurement of 500kV, 220kV & 132kV Connectors, Aluminum Tubes, String Assemblies & Associated Hardware As per Section-4 of Bidding Document II(a) Procurement of Control Cables (i) 4x2.5mm2 (ii) 16 x 2.5mm2 (iii) 8 x 2.5mm2 (iv) 4 x 6mm2 As per Section-4 of Bidding Document II(b) Procurement of AAC & Over Head Shield Wire, Copper Conductor and Sheath Insulated Distribution (SID) Cables As per Section-4 of Bidding Document II(c) Procurement of Power Cable & 15kVPower Cable along with Termination Kits As per Section-4 of Bidding Document III Procurement of 500kV, 220kV & 132kV Gantries As per Section-4 of Bidding Document IV Procurement of Power Transformer & PAD Mounted Transformer As per Section-4 of Bidding Document Bidders may submit their bid for one lot or any combination of lots. 4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: Technical Experience Technical Experience The Bidder or its proposed Manufacturer must have at least 05 years design/ manufacturing experience of similar Goods of the respective Lot having similar or higher rating and capacity. The Bidder or its proposed Manufacturer shall have manufactured and supplied similar Goods of similar or higher rating and capacity in the quantities at least equal to the 100% quantities during the last ten (10) years in a single or multiple contracts. The Goods supplied by the bidder should have been in satisfactory operation for a continuous period of at least three years on the date of bid opening. In case of JV, all partners combined should fulfill this requirement (draft JV agreement should be provided with the bid). The bidders, who are not manufacturers themselves, shall furnish an authorization from the concerned manufacturer to submit a bid for supply of their Goods to NTDC in Pakistan against this bid. Deliver your bid: ? to the address specified above at para-5. ? on or before the deadline: 24th July, 2024, 02:30pm (Pakistan Standard Time) ? together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders? representatives who choose to attend.
