| Description | Director General Pakistan Coast Guards invites sealed tenders from GST registered firms along with samples/technical specification for supply of following types of stores on date/time mentioned against each for the FY-2024-2025 (a) purchase of Furniture (b) Repair/Maintenance of Furnitures Items (c) Hot & Cold Weather Items (d) Ration of Detainees (e) Exhibition & Fair (f) Transportation of Goods(g) Purchase of Camel Feed, Drug Feed (h) Purchase of Stationary Items) (i) Purchase of Annual Training Items) (j) Purchase of Vocational manpower Training Items (k) Repair of Computers , Photostat Machine & Printer 2. 5% earnest money in shape of pay order/bank draft will be enclosed along with tender bid in favour DG Pakistan Coast Guards. 3. The rates quoted by firms should be valid upto 30 June 2025. 4. Bidding documents containing details/quantity , terms and condition can be obtained from HQ Pakistan Coast Guards kiyani shaheed Road Saddar Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 to 1200 hours till closing of tender. 5. Pre-qualification will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 15 to 18. 6. Pakistan Coast Guards reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposals as per PPRA Rule 2004. 7. HQ Pakistan Coast Guards can disqualify suppliers or contractor art any time if information submitted by contractor concerning his qualification as supplier or contractor was false and materials inaccurate or incomplete as per PPRA Rule 2004. |
