| Description | NTDC TENDER NOTICE Tender No. TLC/RWP/S-GC/01/2024 AUCTION OF UNSERVICEABLE/SCRAP VEHICLE Sealed bids for auction of Vehicle are invited from interested bidders to dispose of the following unserviceable vehicle/ Dozer on the basis of ?AS IS WHERE IS?. Sr. No. Lot Description Quantity 1 D6 Dozer 01 Terms & Conditions. 1. Vehicle can be Physically inspected up to 10-07-2024 during working hours (i.e., 08:30 to 16:30 Hrs. Monday to Friday) at EHV-1 site store NTDC GHAZI BAROTHA. 2. Tender documents can be purchased for Rs: 2,000/- (Nonrefundable) up to 10-07-2024 during working hours from the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 3. All Govt. Taxes & Duties shall be applicable as per policy. 4. 10% CDR of the bid amount in the favor of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, must be accompanied with bid. 5. Tenders will be received up to 11-07-2024 (11:00 Hrs.) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 6. Tenders with any Cutting/ Overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 7. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority. 8. The Vehicle is sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the Vehicle they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 9. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. 10. The Vehicle from the site will be lifted within 21 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only which are 08:30 to 16:30 Hrs. 11.
