Therefore, applications are invited for the Pre Qualification of Marine Lubricants Manufacturers as per Rule 15 and 16 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. This pre qualification process shall be open (Ongoing) for any Marine Lubricants Manufacturer applicant who possesses minimum qualification mentioned in the pre qualification documents. |
