| Description | Sealed tenders / bids are invited from the tax registered firms for the following tender on the basis of Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure in terms of rule no. 36 (a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA Rules 2004): TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF BATTERIES FOR PAKISTAN INSTITUTE OF FASHION & DESIGN, LAHORE (PIFD/TENDER/2023-24/018) ? Bidding is open to all the firms having NTN / GST registration and experience of working with education / government institutes. ? Tendering will be based upon Single Stage Single Envelop process. Interested firms / bidders must submit their proposals in two separate envelops clearly marked as technical and financial proposals respectively. ? Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the Treasurer Office on submission of request latter at the address given below within office hours (09:00am to 04:00pm except Saturdays and Sundays). ? Tenders must be delivered at the address mentioned below on or before 1st July, 2024 at 11:00 am. ? The Bidders are required to submit their bids in hard copy and online on EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) https://eprocure.gov.pk without failure otherwise bid will be rejected. ? The tender will be opened, on the same date at 11:30 am. Where-as the financial proposals will only be announced of the bidders, who will pass the qualification criteria of the said tender. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. ? In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. ? Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained. ? PIFD reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids as per PPRA Rules. ?
